Avoid like the plague!!! The salesmen need to learn some manners. Was intending to look around to get some ideas for our new home... When the guys figured out we were not in a position to buy yet he was really rude! Wont be buying from this place. Pathetic!!

I hate this place. Both times I have been here I have been greeted by agressive, unfriendly commission-driven salesmen who seem to know nothing about customer service or how to treat people. On my most recent visit, I thought I would give them a second chance, having just moved house and wanting to get a number of items of new furniture. I discovered a coffee machine at the rear of the store, and seeing no signs decided to make one for my girlfriend. The salesman who had pounced upon us when we entered (I told him we were just browsing, which didn't go down well) appeared immediately and told me that the machine was a 'health and safety risk' as I might get scalded by boiling water (but not dangerous enough to warrant any warning signs). He aggressively demanded to know if I wanted milk and sugar, before handing me the coffee and then standing in front of the machine with his arms folded. I felt angry and bullied, and compelled to leave the store. These sad, dejected middle-aged salesmen do not deserve your custom, in my humble opinion.
